Frequently Asked Questions

Accounts

Thank you for your interest in Stuller. Visit Stuller.com/signup and upload the appropriate paperwork. Or contact our New Accounts department at 800-877-7777, option 2. We offer accounts for students, retail jewelers, jewelry traders, jewelry wholesalers, jewelry manufacturers, and more.

If you run into an error when logging into Stuller.com that states your account has been deactivated, please contact our Customer Administration Department at 800-877-7777, option 2 or by email at Customer_Admin@Stuller.com. This usually relates to having no recent activity on the account.

Account passwords can be changed by going to My Account and then Privacy & Security.

If you don't remember your Stuller.com password and need to reset it, you will need to click on Log In and then choose Forgot Password? You will need to know your current username.

Password Change

This can be done by editing your marketing preferences under My Account. Under Account Summary, choose Contacts & Email, and then Manage Preferences next to each email address.

Email List

Your store location must be manually added to your Locate-A-Jeweler listings. Here, you have the option to add either a new or existing store location.

Login usernames cannot be changed. You can, however, create additional logins with the same permissions if you are the account admin. This can be done by going to the Create/Manage Login page of your account settings.

Your Stuller.com account automatically logs out by default after being inactive for too long. If you check the Remember Me On This Computer checkbox, then your account will remain logged in. You will not be logged out until you manually do so or clear your browser’s cookies.

This feature is specific to the browser you are using to access Stuller.com. This option is not shared across all computers you use unless you manually check them.

Stuller recommends that you do not check this option if you share your computers with others.

If you are unable to stay logged in even for one page view, then your browser is more than likely blocking cookies. Depending on which browser you are using, there are different steps you can follow to ensure that cookies are enabled.

  • Click the Tools button, then click Internet Options.
  • Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the medium level or lower to ensure cookies from Stuller.com are allowed.
  • Click OK.
  • At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options. If you do not see the Firefox button, then select Tools from the menu and click Options.
  • Select the Privacy panel.
  • Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
  • Check Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies.
  • Set Accept third-party cookies: to Always.
  • Set Keep until: to they expire.
  • Click OK.
  • Click the Chrome menu button.
  • Select Settings.
  • Click Show advanced settings.
  • In the Privacy section, click Content settings.
  • Select Allow local data to be set (recommended).

For security measures, some of your account information cannot be changed on Stuller.com. To add new shipping addresses, please contact our New Accounts Department at 800-877-7777, option 2.

Once you have confirmed shipping information with New Accounts, the address will display in the Shipping Options tab under My Account.

Shipping Change

On Stuller.com, you can change your default payment method by going to My Account and then Payment Methods. You can make a particular credit card the default payment method for all orders or choose your Stuller line of credit (if you have terms).

If you need terms, you will need to contact Customer Finance at 800-877-7777, option 4, then option 2. for an application.

Payment Method

Your email can be changed by going to My Account and then Contacts & Email Information. Addresses and phone numbers must be changed by contacting Customer Administration at 800-877-7777, option 2.

In order to reactivate your account, call the Customer Administration Department at 800-877-7777, option 2. Additional documentation may be required.

Stuller requires a W-9 as part of our AML Compliance. The Resale Certificate is required so that Stuller can sell items that are considered resaleable.

If you're interested in applying for credit terms, please contact our Credit Department at 800-877-7777, option 4, then option 2. We will send you a credit application via email or fax. Please return the form once completed.

If you're a Stuller First® member or ever&ever® customer, you have access to Stuller's marketing image portal of free, ready-for-print imagery.

You can access the marketing image portal from My Accounts. Stuller First members can view the image portal how-to video from their benefits page. And ever&ever® customers can view the how-to video from the ever&ever® marketing materials page.


Products

As the button indicates, this date is only an estimate and is not 100% accurate. Various factors may cause delays in shipping.

All prices are estimated until the order is placed. The original price on the product page is based on metal market prices, while your cart page gives a more accurate price relative to you.

Not all products are eligible for quantity discounts. You will see price ranges for the different purchased quantities by hovering over the Quantity Discounts button, if applicable. The button can be found on the right side of a product page, just below product pricing.

In order to access the lab report associated with a particular inscribed stone, you must first be able to identify the laboratory where the inscription originated. From there, visit the appropriate laboratory's website (GIA®, EGL-USA®, etc.) to search the inscription.

Stuller will accept for return or exchange Contemporary Metal product that is received with defect, or any scratched or discolored tungsten or ceramic bands.

To add an item to your Favorites List, click the Add to Favorites button located directly beneath the Add to Cart button on each item's Product Details Page. You can access your Favorites List in your My Account area.

Orders

This is one of the intended uses of the scheduled order feature. However, it is not entirely guaranteed.

Low-stock items like large diamonds and gemstones may be sold out through our other ordering methods (ex. phone) by the time the reservation hits our system.

Please ensure that you are not in Showcase mode. The easiest way to do this is by looking at the top of the web page.

If you see your company name or logo, then you are most likely in Showcase mode and will need to exit by clicking Exit Showcase at the top right of the page. If you continue having trouble, please email Web Support.

Please call us at 800-877-7777 if you would like to cancel your order.

To view your account balance, open invoices, or make a payment, visit Pay Bill under Orders in My Account.

To track your current orders, visit the Order History section of your My Account.

Order Tracking

Once your scheduled order has been processed, you can still add items to your shipment through standard (non-scheduled) ordering options via Stuller.com or phone until your regular daily cutoff time without incurring any additional shipping charges. Some exclusions do apply. Processing times and daily cutoff times vary based on your location. Please refer to the chart on our Order Information Page for specific times.

Same-day orders booked before cutoff time will be grouped into one shipment, except during high-volume periods, provided the carriers are the same. Additional shipping costs apply for a.m. and weekend deliveries, cash on delivery fees, hazardous fees, heavy packages, and dimensional weight. Carriers may also add additional assessorial fees based on delivery area.

International ordering cutoff: Orders received before 2:00 p.m. Central time will be processed for same-day shipping.

Freight and insurance will be billed to you at the time of shipment. To ensure accuracy when placing orders for an item, be prepared to give the following information: account number, account name, your name, complete series number, karat, color, size, quantity, and conditional sale number (if applicable).

Make sure you have the option to check for newer versions of stored pages set to automatically by following the steps below.

  • Click the Tools Menu.
  • Then select Internet Options.
  • Click Settings under the Browsing History section.
  • Select the Automatically Radio button (sometimes this option is set to never, which means the browser will never look for new data on a web page, causing errors).
  • Click OK and then click OK again to save your changes.
