We're excited about the things they have put together for us. I'm glad they've done the homework for us help figure out what is the new technology.  Since we've been here our wheels are rolling we're ready to get home and put these things in action that we've learned here.  We thought we feel young you feel in touch with our generation and the younger generation.  Having a daughter that's 18 I know what it's like to be with the iPhones and iPads so we thought we were on top of things until we got here and we we have some dinosaurs cobwebs we have to stray out you know.  We just have to get up with technology and they've done the work here being an establishment, feeling what they've learned, I definitely feel like we have a whole new approach on the younger generation.
