We're here today to talk about ultrasonics.  And I know all of us have to have an ultrasonic and most of us have multiple ultrasonics in our shop.  The other thing about an ultrasonic is guess what? It seems like it's always going to break. You mix heat, you mix water, and you mix vibration all together in one package and you get the potential to have something break.  Now i'm not going to say these are not going to break because they're electronic. However, these ultrasonics made for Stuller. I have found to be some of the most reliable ultrasonics on the market for the money. They are very reasonably priced. They have very good action. They're CE approved. They have on-off switches for the timer and the small one has a switch for the heater but it does not have a knob for the heater.  However it does have a timer for the length of time you want it to run and will go up and we'll get a shot of the cavitation on it and I will show you what I mean by strong. This has got a very powerful industrial transducer in it to really get it, as you can see, it's got great action in it. This will clean just about anything that will fit in it.  I'm going to turn it off just for the sound.

This is a two and a half quart unit. This unit is a 3-quart unit. And this particular ultrasonic comes in a 2, 3 and a half, 6, 10, and 21 quart sizes. So we have a wide selection of sizes available. They have stainless-steel tanks, it's an all stainless steel construction. And the next thing that most everybody asks after they get an ultrasonic is they say well, oh I just use ammonia, I just dump Joy in there, I just put in whatever household cleaner that's inexpensive. We do not recommend doing that.  So the next question is what do we use at Stuller? We use Ultra CR. Stuller spent a long time with a chemical lab testing many many products on the market, comparing them, and giving the lab what we would like to see a cleaning solution do.  And after a lot of years of testing this is the one we came up with.  We've been using this for years. It is highly concentrated, use it about ten to one and it will last you a long time and it's I believe one of the best cleaning solutions on the market. So with a combination of this cleaning solution and the Stullersonics available in multiple sizes, i'll show you one more time the cavitation and it. They all have heaters and the larger units have adjustable heaters.
