The following video will provide step-by-step instructions for loading the Speedwire dispenser.  It is very important not to remove the loading tool before instructions indicate to do so.  Earlier removal will result in interior spring and plunger loss. Before loading the dispenser for the first time, remove parts from the body tube.  Your speedwire dispenser is supplied with the spring, plunger, and guide tube in position.  Insert the white plastic axle into the left side of the dispenser so it is secure but not protruding into the wheel cavity.  

Insert the straight end of your coiled laser wire into the back of the dispenser until it emerges into the wheel cavity.  Gently guide the wire into the guide to push wire into the guide tube at least 10 millimeters.  Place the clear body tube over the wire coil and snap onto the back of the dispenser. With one hand, gently pull down on the loading tool to release pressure on the guide tube. While pulling down on the loading tool, pull the guide tube forward until it is no longer visible in the wheel cavity.  Note the wire should follow the guide tube. Do not remove the loading tool yet.  Use the hex wrench included in the package to tighten the set screw.  It is important to note to tighten only enough to hold the guide tube in place. Examine the feed roller to locate the side with the beveled hole.  Place the beveled side so that it is aligned with the plastic axle.   Hold the roller in place with your thumb. While still holding the feed roller in place pull on the loading tool until it detaches from the dispenser.  Push the axle through the hole in the feed roller. Use the hole in the tapered end of the loading tool to push the axle into the feed roller. Using the flat surface of the tapered end of the loading tool, push the axle completely into the hole on the opposite side of the wheel cavity. Rotate the feed wheel toward the rear of the dispenser until the wire emerges from the guide tube. Your speed wire dispenser is now ready for use.
