Showcase Tutorials
Welcome to Showcase tutorials. Here, you will find step-by-step solutions on how to tailor Showcase to your business using personalization settings, markup settings, and quote settings.
View the Setup TutorialPersonalization settings allow you to customize Showcase to your business’s content and preferences.
- Log into your Stuller.com account and navigate to the Showcase Settings | Personalization section of My Account.
- Take note of the Header Preview.
Here, you are able to get a preview of settings put in place for your phone number, title or logo, and the Header/Footer color and pattern. The changes will be displayed once the settings have been saved.
- Select or deselect the desired categories shown in your Jeweler Showcase navigation bar.
- Type in your unique subdomain.
Your Showcase URL is unique and specific to you or your business. It is what ties your Jeweler Showcase to you.
Once your settings have been saved, the blue section of the page will always show your site address. Please take note of the information listed in this area.
Note: Your Showcase URL should not contain spaces or special characters. (e.g. $#$%&)
- Enter your business name, or what you would like your customers to see when visiting your site.
- If you choose to upload a business logo, it will show in lieu of the title you have just entered.
- Enter your business contact number. This will be visible to your customers.
- Enter your business or preferred email address. We respect your privacy and will not display your email address on your Jeweler Showcase. The chosen address will be where all quotes and Contact form submissions are sent.
- Select your header and footer color and pattern.
Note:The color and pattern selected here will be shown on your Jeweler Showcase. You can view your changes in the header preview at the top of the Personalization settings page.
- Select the layout of your Jeweler Showcase homepage.
- The Contact Us and About Us pages are optional. Simply input the information you would like your customers to see regarding your business.
- Checking this box will display the information described below.
- Checking this box will display current metal markets.
This section allows you to choose what will be shown in the navigation bar of your completed Jeweler Showcase. If the checkbox is checked and highlighted in black, your customer will be able to see that particular category on the navigation bar.
Note: If the checkbox is not selected and has a lined pattern, your customer will not be able to see that particular category on the navigation bar.
You are now ready to set your markups. There are several options available to you and each will be covered in this section.
- Default Markups
This type of markup is available to you to make setting a single markup for all categories easy. You can choose from our preset values, create a custom markup, or hide pricing all together. These settings will be reflected on both your public Jeweler Showcase, as well as in Showcase Mode.
- Single Markups
Single markups can be set for all listed categories. Setting each one individually allows you to choose different values for each of the different categories.
- Tiers By Cost
In this section, you are able to set tiered markups, starting from the lowest dollar amount within a range.
The initial item cost will be the maximum from a zero dollar value. With each increase in tier amount, the markup will decrease. Please view the example below.
- Tiers By Weight
In this section, you are able to set tiered markups, starting from the lowest weight within a range.
With each increase in tier amount, the markup will decrease. Please view the example below.
- Gold & Platinum Markups
Here, you are able to separate your Jewelry and Findings markups. If you wish to use the same markup on all gold and platinum jewelry, simply check the box highlighted in blue.
- Single Markup | Flate Price
The Single Markup or Flat Price options give you the opportunity to choose whether or not you would like to set a single price for engraving or to have this service, along with other customizations, marked up.
- Additional Settings
Price/Cents Display: This customization allows you to round all prices shown to a given number. For example, an item costing 138.22 with the forced markup price of 9.99, would be seen as 139.99.
Additional Charge: If you would like to add an additional fee to the final price, you can do so here. This setting will always add this amount to the final price of all items in the quote.
Sales Tax: Sales tax added here will be based on your local tax rate.
This content will explain how an end consumer would use Showcase, get a price quote, and what the end result would be for both you the jeweler and the end consumer.
- Navigate to your Jeweler Showcase website. For reference, your Showcase URL can be created or found in your Showcase Personalization Settings section of My Account.
- Visit a product page by browsing the categories or using the search functionalty.
Click the "Get a Quote" button. Clicking this will bring you to a form that prompts for contact information
- The contact information entered here will be sent to you via email, so that you may then follow up with your customer. Once completed, click "Submit".
Once you have filled out the contact information, click "Submit".
Tip: When creating a test quote, use an email separate from that which is being used to receive quotes from your customers. This will make reviewing the information easier.
Congratulations! You have created a test quote and have familiarized yourself with the Jeweler Showcase experience.
