Schedule Order is a checkout option that ensures your order is automatically submitted before your cutoff time. This allows you to add products to your shopping cart up until two hours before your cutoff time and have them ordered automatically and in time to make your cut-off time for next day delivery - no need to watch the clock!
Once you have added an item to your Shopping Cart, simply click on the "Checkout" link on the top navigation bar. When you reach the "Review Your Order" page in the checkout process, select the "Schedule Order" option.
It's that easy!
You will receive a "Scheduled Order Confirmation" with the scheduled date and time that the order will be placed.
Up until two hours before your cut-off time, you may continue to add or remove items from your shopping cart. If your cutoff time is 5 p.m., in other words, anything in your cart at 3 p.m. will be submitted as an order to Stuller.com. You will receive an email confirmation, which will include your order number and estimated total price.
You will see a "Cancel Schedule" button in your shopping cart as a reminder that a scheduled order is pending.
NOTE: If you are adding items to your cart and it is close to your cut-off time, you should visit the shopping cart to ensure the order is still scheduled. If your order was automatically submitted, you will see "Place Order Now" and "Schedule Order" buttons.
During the two-hours before your daily cutoff, you can no longer schedule orders, but you can continue to order online. In most cases, we are able to combine all orders into one shipment.
You may "unschedule" your order at anytime before the cut-off by visiting the Shopping Cart and clicking the "Cancel Schedule" button.
Unscheduling your order will not delete the items from your shopping cart. Instead, the items will remain in your shopping cart until you select the "Schedule Order" button again or select the "Place Order Now" button to immediately submit your order.
