Business Days 1–3

- Any items — such as stones, sketches, and CAD files — are sent in.
- Resin samples are processed and sent if requested.
- Design edits are discussed and provided.
- A quote is issued and approved for production.
Production
Business Days 8–10
- Pieces are created using the appropriate manufacturing method.
- Stones are set if requested.
- Updates are provided throughout the journey.
- Final touches and polishing are applied to the order.
Completion
- A tracking number is created for the order as it leaves the building.
- The order is shipped with rapid delivery.
- Receive your beautiful custom piece.
