My Shop Set Up Experience

What a journey this has been stocking a completely new store, but thanks to Jim Froeschle, our field rep, and Chris Romero, our internal rep, it has been smooth sailing since day one. Jim and I met in August, and I was impressed right away. With his thorough knowledge of product, he assured us that Stuller would do everything possible to make the setup of the new shop in Franklin, TN very easy.

He introduced me to Chris Romero who would be our internal go-to person. I was thrilled as I had had the pleasure of working with Chris previously. As the end of August approached, Chris and I were on the phone multiple times a day, and his previous experience setting up new shops and product knowledge proved to be invaluable.

New ideas and suggestions made the target date of September 15th to open the doors a reality. Chris kicked it into overdrive making sure orders were filled and shipped, while following up with me daily with status reports. He never stopped following up; calling to make sure he hadn’t forgotten anything, right down to the saw blades. Chris also coordinated our laser coming from a different location and even worked with our electrician to insure everyone was on the same page.

Opening day arrived and we had a fully stocked shop ready to handle any repair. Relationships are one of the most important words in business today; the relationship that we experienced from every Stuller employee was nothing less than outstanding. Without Chris and Jim, this shop set up would not have been as smooth as it was. Grogan Jewelers by Lon and I want to thank you for a job well done!
