Precious Metal Clean Scrap Program

We accept

• Gold (10K, 14K, 18K, etc., in various colors)
• Gold-filled and gold-plated items
• Platinum
• Palladium
• Sterling Silver

All scrap must be clean and free of debris or other materials.

A different lot will be created for each metal type and quality. Each will be processed separately except platinum and palladium, which will be processed together.

We recommend packaging it with the different metal types separated and double bagged. Ensure any pointy corners and edges are secure to avoid it poking a hole in the shipping process. After double bagging, place in a well packed box to minimize movement inside the box during shipping. Be sure to place your packing slip in the box as well so our team can identify who the package belongs to upon arrival for the quickest processing time.

We accept packages from all carriers, so use the shipping company you trust. We recommend insuring it for the value you place in the box.

We are not able to provide shipping labels since we cannot validate/verify what is being placed in the box or how much the package needs to be insured for.

We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method and insuring your package.

You can choose

1. Stuller Account Credit – For a quick investment in your business either unapplied, put toward the oldest balance, or toward a specific invoice.

2. 50/50 — Half the settlement is put as an account credit and half is paid out via check, direct deposit, or wire transfer. 

3. Payout via check, direct deposit, or wire transfer — Checks will be made out to the business name only and will be mailed to the address on file. Direct deposits and wire transfers will be made to the bank account on file for your business. Click here to add your banking information.

Payout is based on current metal market rates on the day we receive assay results and settlement is created and sent for approval.

Once we receive your clean scrap, processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on the type of material submitted. Before payment is processed, you will receive a settlement offer for approval. Once approved, your payment is processed within two business days.
