Stuller offers digital printing and hot foil stamping as our branding print methods. Neither method is better than the other — it’s all about what you are trying to achieve with your logo and what material you are imprinting on. Digital printing allows for more flexibility in color, size, and location. Digitally printed logos can be multicolored or specific Pantone® colors. Hot foil stamping offers a metallic finish and uses a physical, metal plate to stamp the foil on the desired product.

You can send your logo file via email to Hot_Stamp@Stuller.com or upload it online while placing your order. You can upload or replace your logo files at any time in your account preferences.

Acceptable logo file formats include .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .svg. All other logo files will incur an artwork fee to reformat into the correct file type. Regarding file size, 600 dpi or higher is preferred, but 300 dpi is the minimum. If you don’t have a logo, we can create one for you for $99 using one of our logo templates.

Yes. Both digital printing and hot foil stamps can be resized; however, there is an additional resizing charge for hot foil stamping while digital resizing is free.

Pricing breaks for bulk orders are based on the number of prints rather than the number of products printed. For example, if you buy 150 boxes and print only on the top of the box, that’s a quantity of 150. However, if you purchase 150 boxes and print on the top of the box and the outer carton, that’s a quantity of 300, which would make you eligible for the first-tier price break.
