What Stuller covers varies by event. Please visit those event pages for more details or contact the events team at 800-877-7777, ext. 2481.

Bridge: Plan to arrive in Lafayette by 4:00 p.m. Central on Sunday in order to catch the opening reception. To make sure that you don’t miss anything, schedule your departure* flights no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the final day of the conference.

Bench Jeweler Workshop: Plan to arrive the day before or early Friday morning. Sessions will begin at 9:00 a.m. Central. As the event will wrap up Saturday evening, plan your departure on Sunday in order to experience the whole event.

Trainings: Plan to arrive in Lafayette the day before the event begins. Day 1 of sessions begins at 9:00 a.m. Central. Schedule your departure* flights no earlier than 4:30 p.m. on the final day of events as sessions end around 3:00 p.m.

*If you are traveling home the same day an event concludes, check out of the hotel before boarding the shuttle. Bring all your luggage with you to Stuller for convenient and safe storage. Stuller provides shuttles to Lafayette Regional Airport (LFT) as needed.

We're glad to have you visit our headquarters. Except for an open mind, willingness to learn, and loads of positive energy, there's not much you'll need to bring. We'll even provide the pen and paper. If you’d like to bring a laptop or tablet PC, you will need to contact the events team to get this approved with security.

Although photography is not allowed within the Stuller facility, you may bring a mobile phone. If your smartphone has a camera, we ask that you please respect our no-photo policy.

We ensure the safety and security for our associates and visitors. Metal detectors and security guards scan all items coming in and out of the building. Weapons and tobacco products are prohibited.

For Bridge and software trainings, dress is business casual. For other events, we recommend you dress how you represent yourself in your store each day.

You may wear a watch or wedding band, but please leave all other jewelry items at your hotel. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Our plant is one-third of a mile long, and you'll want to see it all. Also, consider a light jacket or sweater, as classrooms may sometimes feel cold.

If you choose to extend your stay in Cajun Country, there is plenty to experience to make your trip memorable. Try one of our many local restaurants, schedule a swamp tour, visit Avery Island and see where Tabasco hot sauce is made, experience the culture of our downtown Lafayette district, enjoy live music, or ask anyone on the Stuller team what they would suggest.
