Shipping Rates and Services

Because we are a high volume shipper, Stuller has negotiated very competitive rates with our couriers. We pass these benefits on to you.

When you place an online order, an estimated shipping charge is given during the checkout process. When you place an order by phone, your sales agent can provide you with the estimated shipping charges for your order. We charge the same rates regardless of whether you place your order online or by telephone.

Shipping charges apply to all shipments, including those that include backorders and special ordered items. However, to save you money, we do make every reasonable effort to combine multiple orders into a single shipment when they are leaving Stuller on the same day.

Guaranteed delivery times are based on your ZIP code. Not all services are available in all areas.

You must be logged in to Stuller.com to view the complete list of shipping rates. The rates posted are based on a one pound package. Shipments that exceed one pound and/or contain hazardous goods will have additional charges based on individual circumstances.

Rates vary based on order payment method. Couriers add an additional fee for C.O.D. shipments as reflected in the table below. Couriers may also add additional accessorial fees based on delivery area.  The rates below include current fuel surcharges.

To obtain estimated rates for ground shipments or shipments outside of the continguous U.S., you will need to call us at 1-800-877-7777 or send an email to sales@stuller.com.

United States Postal Service (USPS) additional restrictions:

• The maximum value of any C.O.D. shipment is $1,000.
• The maximum value of any non-C.O.D. shipment is $25,000.

FedEx/UPS Additional restrictions:

• The maximum allowable weight for any shipment is 150 pounds. If your order results in a shipment exceeding 150 pounds, it will be split into multiple shipments.
