Stuller's in-house metal experts and master jewelers have developed a state-of-the-art ring sizing system designed to save time and money while increasing productivity.

Preform™ sizing stock, produced in four different thicknesses, is pre-measured to size rings up 1/2 size to 3 1/2 sizes in 1/2 size increments. It is produced to match the curvature in a ring and is available in all popular metal qualities, including X1™ white gold.

The rounded ends of Preform™ sizing stock precisely match the pre-machined ring shank and provide for a flush fit, locking the stock into place while you weld or solder together. This unique locking mechanism eliminates pitting, improves the quality of the joint, and dramatically decreases finishing time.

When this Preform™ Ring Sizing System was implemented in our Lafayette, Louisiana manufacturing facility, the process of sizing a ring was reduced to 1/3 the time it took using standard ring sizing technique.
