The first thing you'll notice about the ring clamp is the grooves that are cut into the nylon. So what you'll do is take your ring, it fits right into the grooves, clamp down, and you're ready to polish.

I like to use Grey Star on my inside ring buff and we'll get that on there. And then next, you'll take your ring clamp and then you're going to do a back and forth motion just like this. And then your ring is polished. No burning of your fingers and very little mess.
