How to Place Your Order
Go to Stuller.com, log in to your pack and ship account, and follow the instructions below:
Proceed to checkout.
On the Shipping Address tab, specify your customer's shipping address.
Check the box for "Is this a pack & ship order?"
Upload a packing slip (optional).
Choose payment and shipping methods.
Review and place order.
Order Tracking
You will have the option to track your orders online. To track packages, log in to your pack and ship account on Stuller.com and navigate to My Account, then View Orders. Once your order has shipped, click on the order number, and the tracking number will display at the top of the page.
Stuller also offers an Invoice Application Programming Interface (API) for customers with custom integrations who need programmatic access to invoice and tracking information.
