How do I place my order?

How do I know what’s available?
We show a digital or hot stamp
icon on the product pages of all items available for custom imprinting. And we list each location on the product that can be imprinted.
How much does imprinting cost?
In addition to your order’s imprinting fee, you have a one-time setup fee for both digital and hot stamp foil. The structure for each is below:

What is the difference between digital printing and hot stamping?
The hot foil stamping process uses heated metal stamps or dies that forcefully impress your unique emblem on your choice of packaging. The metallic mark literally stands out on the package that customers want to brush over and feel.
Our 4-color digital printing provides an attractive, economical ink solution. We cure and polymerize the imprint with UV light so your digitally-printed insignia resists flaking and fading.
Can I rush my order?
You can choose expedited shipping at your discretion.
What type of files can I send in?
Send us your digital artwork: minimum 300dpi to 600dpi. We prefer higher dpi. We accept .AI, .EPS, or .TIFF files.
If I send you my business card, can you create my logo?
If this is the only available format, we will try to recreate it as closely as possible.
Can you create the logo for me?
Yes, we can create a logo. You can choose from an array of templates, and the fee is $99.00.
What color logos can I choose?
Digital logos can be Pantone or CMYK matched. See foil colors below. If you want a color not shown, please ask your Sales Representative.
Will I get a sample?
Yes. If you are a new customer (new digital or new plate), we will send out a physical sample of your logo on the product to review for approval.
What if I reject my sample?
We will modify according to your changes and send out a new sample for approval. We want to make sure everything is correct before stamping your full order.
How long will this process take?
Normally we send out samples within 3-4 business days. After you receive and approve it, we ship within 15 business days.
What is a plate?
Hot foil stamping uses a heated metal stamp or die to impress your logo on the packaging. This stamp or die is your plate.
Do you keep my plate on file for future use?
Yes. We will have your plate available for future orders. And if you change your logo, we still keep your old plate on file but store it for non-use.
Can I hot stamp any product?
Our website and catalogs display an icon that indicates products that can be hot stamped with your plate. Some items can only be digitally imprinted.
Will I be charged for more plates after stamping?
We only charge for a plate if you have a new logo or you need a new size plate for larger items.

What types of cloths are available?
We offer treated and untreated cloths.
- Treated has a tarnish-fighting formula that safely and effectively polishes the surface of gold, silver, and platinum jewelry.
- Unreated is a soft microfiber cloth that can buff the surface of diamonds, gems, gold, silver, platinum, and fashion jewelry removing fingerprints, oils, moisture, and more.
What sizes can I order?
You can choose 4”x4” or 8”x8”.
Do the cloths come in an envelope?
You can select them with an envelope or in a bulk pack of 50 without envelopes.
What type of envelope is available?
It is cellophane.
What color logos can I choose for cloths?

Can I have more than one color logo?
No. The color logo has to be the same for every 200 cloths.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. 200 cloths.
How long does it take?
The average lead time is two to three weeks.
Can we split sizes?
No. Each order of 200 cloths has to be the same size. If you want both 4”x4” or 8”x8”, you have to meet the 200 quantity minimum of each size.
Can I print on the envelope?
No. Only the cloth will accept your logo. If you purchase the imprinted seals mentioned below, you can place one of those on the envelope.
Are there any imprinting fees?
For an order of 200 cloths, the imprinting is free. There is a one-time setup charge of $35.00.

How much solution comes in each jar?
There is 6 ounces of solution in each jar. Jars come in packs of 144.
Can I split the quantity into two different solutions?
No. The full pack of 144 has to be one solution.
How much does this cost
There is a one-time setup charge of $60.00. A pack of 144 is $325.00.
How long does my order take?
We have a six-week lead time for every order, repeat or new.

What colors are available?
Label colors include matte gold, silver, black, white, kraft, clear, and more. Foil stamping colors include metallic gold, metallic silver, copper, white, black, and more.
Beyond what's shown, can I order any other colors?
Yes. If you want a certain color, please ask your sales representative.
Can anything be added to my label?
You can choose to add a border — full or line — or have no border.
How long will my order take?
Normal lead time is two to three weeks from approved artwork.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, labels come in rolls of 1,000 or 2,500 per order.
How much does this cost?
There is a setup charge of $45.00 per order. The roll of 1,000 is $175.00 and the 2,500 is $250.00.
How can I use my labels?
Labels can be used for organizational or branding purposes. As an example, you can put these labels on your bags and boxes.
