Ecommerce - FAQs

How do I send my order to you?

We offer several options for sending your ecommerce order to Stuller.

  1. This order submission can be automated via our Order API. Documentation on this and our other APIs can be found here.
  2. You can email your order to our Program Sales team. If you are interested in this option, please contact Program Sales at Program_Sales@Stuller.com
  3. You can call in your order to a sales associate
  4. You can manually place your order on Stuller.com

What shipping options are available and what are the associated costs?

You have the same options as you see when placing an order on Stuller.com. A full list of shipping options can be found on our shipping information page.

Do you dropship? Internationally?

Stuller does offer drop shipping services. When placing a dropship order on Stuller.com, you will only have the option to send the order to a verified US address. If you are interested in dropshipping internationally, these orders will need to be submitted to Stuller via email, phone, or our API.

How do I pay for the order?

This can be controlled on a per order basis, and your payment options for ecommerce orders are the same for an order you would place on Stuller.com. If your account is approved for open terms, you can use that as a payment method and pay your bill at your convenience.

Please review our Terms and Conditions page, as not adhering to these rules may result in suspension or closure of an account.
