It’s simple. Send us your diamond scrap. We verify your product, analyze it, and apply values similar to the market for these goods. We will either fax or email your settlement detail results to you within five working days of receiving your diamond scrap. Once you have approved your settlement results, fax the signed form back to us, and then we’ll process your payment.

There are three ways to receive payment for your diamond scrap:

1. Credit to your Stuller account

2. Electronic payment or check

3. 50/50 – Split your settlement payment, half into your Stuller account and half paid out to you by electronic payment or check.

Settlement details are provided within five working days. A settlement detail form will be provided to you within the stated time by fax or email. Once you have approved your settlement results, fax the signed form back to us, and then we’ll process your payment.

Yes, there is a $50 processing fee for all payment options.

We suggest a minimum of 10 carats of clean, unmounted diamond scrap. Include a completed packing slip, and be sure to include the total carat weight you are sending in. Place your securely packaged diamond scrap into a shipping box of your choice. The shipping method is at your own discretion; however, we suggest that you insure your shipment with your carrier, as Stuller is not responsible for product lost prior to its arrival at our facility.

Yes, we are happy to make an offer on any size or shape from .0025ct to 10.00ct plus.

For melee sizes we do require a minimum of 10 carats. Offer prices vary due to market demand from one shape and quality to another.
