Ceramit™ is a two-part, liquid system that produces a ceramic-like surface imitating kiln-fired enamel in appearance and physical properties. It requires low temperature curing - 200°F (93.3°C) - for one hour. Catalyst and color are mixed in a 2:1 proportion. Brush on, spray on, or apply with a spatula or squeeze bottle. Can be applied in single coat or successive layers to obtain elegant finishes. Fourteen colors are available and they can be mixed to obtain an infinite variety of shades. Adheres to metals, wood, plastics, and ceramics. Can also be stoned and polished.

Ceramit™ has a hardness of 60-76 on the Sward scale. It can be cured in ordinary kitchen ovens, by infra-red lamps, or forced air blowers. By comparison, kiln-fired enamel has a hardness of 65-80 and requires 1500°F (815°C) to cure.
The kit includes sufficient catalyst and 14 colors in 1/2 oz. bottles. Opaque colors: red, orange, yellow, jade green, turquoise, black, and super white. Transparent colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, brown, and clear.
