Stuller.com Frequently Asked Questions

Make sure you have the option to check for newer versions of stored pages set to “automatically” by following the steps below.
Click the Tools menu button > Internet Options > Click Settings under the Browsing History section > Select the Automatically radio button. Sometimes this option is set to never, which means the browser will never look for new data on a web page which may cause errors. Click OK and then click OK again to save your changes.


As the button indicates, this date is only an estimate and is not 100% accurate. There are different factors that may cause delays in shipping.

All prices are an estimate until the order is placed. The cart page gives a more accurate price relative to you. The original price on the product page is based off of yesterday’s metal market rates.

If you are getting an error when logging into stuller.com that says your account has been deactivated, please contact our Customer Administration Department for more information at 1-800-877-7777, ext. 500. This is usually related to the account not having placed any orders recently.

Not all products will have quantity discount options available. If a product does have quantity discounts, you can see the price ranges for the different purchased quantities by hovering over the Quantity Discounts button which can be found on the right side of a product page, just below the actual product’s price.

Your account’s password can be changed by going to the change password section under your account settings.

This can be done by editing your marketing preferences under My Account. To the left of the Account Summary, choose Contacts & Email, and then Manage Preferences next to the email address you wish to manage the email preferences of.

Your store location must be manually added to your locate a jeweler listings.
From this page you have the option to either add an existing store based off one of your shipping account numbers or add a new store.

This is one of the intended uses of the scheduled order feature; however, it is not entirely guaranteed. Low stock items, such as large diamonds/gemstones, may be sold out through our other ordering methods (ex. phone) by the time the reservation hits our system.

Login usernames cannot be changed. You can however create additional logins with the same permissions if you are the account admin. This can be done by going to the Create/Manage Logins page of your account settings.

Please ensure that you are not in Showcase mode. The easiest way to do this is by looking at the top of the web page. If you see your company name or logo, then you are in showcase mode and will need to exit by clicking the Exit Showcase link in the top right of the page.If you continue having trouble, please email us.

By default, you are automatically logged out of stuller.com after being inactive for too long. If you check the Remember me on this computer checkbox, then you will stay logged in. You will not be logged out until you manually do so or clear your browser’s cookies. This feature is specific to the local computer’s browser you are using to access stuller.com. This option is not shared across all computers you use unless you manually check them. Stuller recommends that you do not check this option if you share your computers with others.

This could be related to the above question, but if you are unable to stay logged in even for one page view, then your browser is more than likely blocking cookies. Depending on which browser you are using, there are different steps you can follow to ensure that cookies are enabled.

Internet Explorer
Click the Tools button, then click Internet Options
Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the medium level or lower to ensure cookies from stuller.com are allowed. Click OK

Mozilla Firefox
At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options. If you do not see the Firefox button, then select Tools from the menu and click Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
Check Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies
Set Accept third-party cookies: to Always.
Set Keep until: to they expire.
Click OK

Google Chrome
Click the Chrome menu button
Select Settings
Click Show advanced settings
In the Privacy section, click Content settings
Select Allow local data to be set (recommended)
