If you are having problems with our site, such as adding to cart, checking out, viewing prices, etc., please follow these steps before contacting Stuller.
Internet Explorer 
- Make sure you are logged in to the website.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache. Follow the instructions listed for the browser you use.
If you are unsure of which version you are using, click Help from the browser menu and then select About Internet Explorer.- Version 7
- Select Tools from the menu.
- Choose Internet Options and then select the General tab.
- Under the Browsing history section, click Delete..., then click Delete cookies....
- Click Yes.
- While the Delete Browsing History window is still open, click Delete files...
- Click Yes.
- Click Close and then OK.
- Version 8 and 9
- Select Tools from the menu.
- Choose Internet Options and then select the General tab.
- Under the Browsing history section, click Delete..., then uncheck everything except Cookies and Temporary Internet files, and click Delete.
- Click OK.
- Version 7

Make sure javascript is enabled for your browser.
- Select Tools from the menu.
- Choose Internet Options and then select the Security tab.
- Click on the button Custom Level....
- Find Scripting in the list and select Enable for the Active Scripting option.
- While the Delete Browsing History window is still open, click Delete files...
- Click OK and then Yes.
- Click OK.
- After clearing your cookies and cache, please log out then log back in. If you only enabled JavaScript, please reload the page.

Mozilla Firefox 
- Make sure you are logged in to the website.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- Select Tools from the menu.
- Select Clear Recent History...
- For Time range to clear, select Everything.
- Click the arrow next to Details and check only Cookies and Cache.
- Click Clear Now.

Make sure javascript is enabled for your browser.
- Select Tools from the menu.
- Choose Options and then select the Content tab.
- Check the box next Enable Javascript.
- Click OK.
- After clearing your cookies and cache, please log out then log back in. If you only enabled JavaScript, please reload the page.

Chrome 
- Make sure you are logged in to the website.

- Click on the wrench icon.
- Click Tools and then Clear browsing data...
- Check only Delete cookies and other site data and Empty the cache.
- In the drop down next to Clear data from this period, select Everything.
- Click Clear browsing data.

- Click on the wrench icon.
- Click Options.
- Click Under the Hood and then click Content settings....
- Find JavaScript in the list and select Allow all sites to run JavaScript.
- After clearing your cookies and cache, please log out then log back in. If you only enabled JavaScript, please reload the page.

Safari 
- Make sure you are logged in to the website.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- Select Safari (if using Mac) or Edit (if using Windows) from the menu.
- Select Preferences...
- Click Show Cookies.
- Click Remove All and then Done.
- Again, select Safari (if using Mac) or Edit (if using Windows) from the menu.
- Select Empty Cache...
- Click Empty.

- Select Safari (if using Mac) or Edit (if using Windows) from the menu.
- Select Preferences...
- Click Security.
- Under Web Content:, select the Enable JavaScript option.
- After clearing your cookies and cache, please log out then log back in. If you only enabled JavaScript, please reload the page.
