How to Order Online
Stuller only sells at wholesale to qualified members of the jewelry trade. You must qualify for a Stuller account before you can place an order. After you have obtained a Stuller account number, you must obtain a website log in to place orders online. To apply for a Stuller account or obtain a website log in, visit the Registration Page.
You have two choices for placing items in your shopping cart on Stuller.com (both require you to be logged in).
- Using “Quick Order” you can simply add items to your cart by typing in the series number, then selecting quality, size, finish and Stuller Studio if applicable. Once you have selected the item you would like, simply press “Add to Cart”. You will then get a confirmation that the item was added successfully.
- You can also add items to your shopping cart from the Showroom. From within the Showroom, you can browse items by catalog or enter in a search term in the top navigation bar. Once you have selected an item you would like to add to your cart, simply click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the quality, size, and finish you would like. These items can also be configured through Stuller Studio by clicking on the Customization link on the same line (where applicable).
When you choose to check out you will be asked a few questions to determine how you would like your order billed and shipped.
At the end of the Check Out process you will be given the choice to place your order now, or schedule your order to be placed before your 5 p.m. (your local time*) cutoff. By selecting to schedule your order, you can add items to your cart throughout the day and your order will be placed before your 5 p.m. (your local time*) cutoff time.
*Cut-off time for West Coast Customers is 4 p.m. local time.
