• Send us your "camera ready" artwork (original or stats accepted), minimum 300dpi, 600dpi or higher preferred. .EPS or .TIFF file types preferred, but most file types will suffice. Try to avoid sending .JPG files.
• Image size needs to be 100%.
• Maximum image size is 1½" x 3½".  Depending on the product ordered, other restrictions may apply.
• If item will be stamped with foil, image must be solid black and fonts must be outlined and sent as a layer within the file or as a separate file if file format is not layered.
• NOTE: Acceptance of artwork submitted is dependent on complexity of design and intricacy of copy and is, therefore, subject to approval by Stuller.  If artwork is not sufficient and requires further effort, we will contact you and inform you of any additional fees before proceeding with your order.  Art fees start at $60.
• Choose from any one of our standard foil colors. Metallic gold or silver, matte gold or silver, or black.  Special-ordered colors are available upon request.
• Tell us exactly where you want your logo - on the inside puff, outside container, etc.

For every new order, we will send a sample to you for approval before processing your order.

There is a one-time plate charge of $45.00 for each stamp (die) ordered.  If you request more than one size of the same artwork, there is a plate charge for each size.  All future orders that use an existing stamp will only incur the hot stamp service charge noted below.

You can save money by ordering large quantities of hot stamped product.  There is a minimum service charge of $30 per order for our hot stamping service.

Orders processed with existing dies are shipped within 10 working days.  It will take an additional two weeks if your order will be processed with a new stamp (die).

We take great care in ensuring that your hot stamped order meets your expectation. Therefore, returns for hot stamped merchandise are non-refundable. Authorized claims for imperfection or deficiencies must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.  Hot stamp and plate orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Special Note: Hot Stamping service is available for most two-piece outer cartons.
