Stuller launches new contemporary metals division

Manufacturer adds Dura Tungsten®, titanium, stainless steel, ceramic jewelry

Lafayette, LA (3 June 2010) – Stuller, Inc. is launching its inaugural line of contemporary metals. The line, which includes jewelry made with Dura Tungsten®, Titanium, Ceramics and Stainless Steel, has introductory showings planned during the JCK Las Vegas Show.

“With the challenges brought on by high precious metal prices, contemporary metals jewelry continues to perform well at retail,” says Harold Dupuy, Stuller’s chief merchandising officer. “Many retail jewelers are enjoying success in this category because it offers profitable products at a wide range of price points. This launch is our direct response to their requests to include this category in our just-in-time delivery system.”

In order to introduce a complete line of contemporary metals jewelry products, Stuller enlisted 30-year industry veteran, Glenn Miller. Miller will serve as merchandising vice president for the new product division.

“With Glenn’s extensive experience, we are excited to have him join our team,” says Dupuy. “We are confident that adding his knowledge in this product sector, along with Dura Tungsten®, will serve jewelers well.”

Prior to Stuller, Inc., Miller served as CEO of GMA, Inc., a manufacturer and importer of contemporary metals jewelry servicing major retailers and wholesalers.

Stuller, Inc. is headquartered in Lafayette, LA and was founded by Matthew Stuller in 1970.
