What is a Red Box Diamond Moment retailer?
A Red Box Diamond Moment retailer is a Stuller customer who invests in the training of their staff and in the sales and marketing of Red Box Diamonds at a local level. We support these retailers through consumer marketing efforts. This year, we have directed our consumer efforts toward tech-savvy bridal buyers – those who currently use the web to research and purchase diamonds.
How do I become a Red Box Diamond Moment retailer?
To become a Red Box Diamond Moment retailer, pay a minimal investment of $65 and receive creative marketing materials and valuable training information (KIT:90212:T). Upon reviewing these materials, complete the training questionnaire and return it to Stuller (directions are included). Your completed questionnaire does two things — first, it lets us know that you are familiar with the benefits and selling features of Red Box Diamonds, and second, it serves as our permission to distribute your contact information to consumers. The completed questionnaire also ensures that your store will be included in the resource list used by Live Diamond Try On iPhone app consumers. The purchase of three or more Red Box Diamonds before Dec. 31 keeps your store listed. In order to maintain your listing after that time period, we require that you purchase at least five Red Box Diamonds each year.
We have completed the developmental work and upfront investment in marketing materials; training and selling benefits that deliver trust, confidence and security to diamond buyers. The iPhone app is the final touch, the consumer marketing to help drive business to your store. You need to take the final step — invest, train your staff and sell Red Box Diamonds.
