If you are a consumer, you are welcome to browse our product offerings, but please direct any and all inquiries to a jeweler in your area.  We are a wholesaler and do not sell to individuals.

To establish a Stuller, Inc. wholesale account, you can  apply online, or contact us by phone at 1-800-877-7777.  You must have an account number to obtain pricing or place an order.

Obtain a Stuller.com Web Site Login
Stuller account holders may  register for a Stuller.com log in.  Logging in to the web site allows you to view pricing and availability and place orders online - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You will also be able to read and post comments on the Stuller Community forums.

Ordering from Stuller

Ordering Options

  • Order online 24/7.  Our scheduling function allows you to add to your cart throughout the day and have your order automatically submitted prior to your local cut-off time.
  • Phone in your order.  In the U.S., call us at 1-800-877-7777.  Outside of the U.S., call us at (337) 262-7700.  Orders called in before your cut-off time are shipped the same day.  Please be sure to have your account number ready when you call.  We are normally open Monday through Friday, 8am – 6pm, U.S. Central Time (CST).
  • E-mail your order to sales@stuller.com. We welcome e-mail orders, but they are often delayed due to missing or unclear information.  Please be sure to include your company name, account number, a contact name, and a telephone number where you can be reached in case we have questions about your order.  We encourage you to obtain a web site login and submit your order online.
  • Fax us.  Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We welcome fax orders, but they are often delayed due to missing or unclear information.  Please be sure to include your company name, account number, a contact name, and a telephone number where you can be reached in case we have questions about your order.

Special Services

Stuller offers custom setting, finger sizing, and engraving through the Stuller Studio (formerly Have It Your Way).  Our Special Projects Department can help you with custom casting and other services to assist you with your custom work. Items special ordered, altered, cut, or made to your specifications will not be accepted for credit or exchange.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order.  View our Cancellations and Returns guidelines

Ordering Cut-off Schedule

Stuller offers same-day shipping for in-stock items.  Your order must be received by Stuller prior to your local "cut-off" time in order to ship out that day.  Orders received after your cut-off time will be shipped the next business day.  Cut-off times apply to the shipping address.

International Destinations

Orders shipping to addresses outside of the U.S. must be received by Stuller prior to 2:00 p.m. Central time in order to ship the same day.
