Stuller, Inc. hereby warrants that all Rubies sold by Stuller are "non-Burmese covered articles" in that they were not mined in or extracted from Burma, or were imported into the United States prior to September 27, 2008. For Rubies imported after September 27, 2008, exporter certifications have been obtained stating that these articles were not mined or extracted from Burma. Records pertaining to these articles indicating source and movement are maintained by Stuller, Inc.
