Colors and Attributes

AQUA FLAKES

Injection Temperature: 150ºF (65ºC)

This all-purpose injection wax is our most popular formulation, as it provides the ideal balance of characteristics demanded by most designers and casters. Also recommended for stone in place casting.

RUBY RED FLAKES

Injection Temperature: 150ºF (65ºC)

Similar to our Aqua Flakes except for the deep red color, many designers and casters prefer the darker color for easier visual verification of fine detail.

TURQUOISE FLAKES

Injection Temperature: 150ºF (65ºC)

Similar to our Aqua Flakes except for the turquoise color, many designers and casters prefer the darker color for easier visual verification of fine detail.

FILIGREE PINK FLAKES

Injection Temperature: 155ºF (68ºC)

This wax combines the flexibility of Tu•y Green with the excellent flow characteristics of Aqua Flakes, producing very high detail while enabling easy pattern removal without breakage. Recommended for stone in place casting.

FLEXIBLE BLUE FLAKES

Injection Temperature: 155ºF (68ºC)

Featuring the longest shelf-life and highest flexibility of the Freeman Flakes line, this unique mixture of wax and plastic is especially well-suited for metal molds and stone in place casting.

CARVEABLE PURPLE FLAKES

Injection Temperature: 170ºF (77ºC)

This wax features low shrinkage, excellent flow, and low ash content, yet o•ers minimal gumming of wax files and rotary tools like that of traditional injection waxes. It is a durable wax that will not break under stress and does not react to body heat from fingers while handling.

Ideal for designers or any casters who find themselves often reworking wax patterns.

Micro Injector

The HD Patterns Micro Injector is a pressure delivery system designed for easy dispensing or injecting of HD Pattern Photo Polymers. The Micro Injector operates using a source of clean oil and moisture free compressed air coupled to the unit's included air regulator.

HD Patterns Micro Injector

Features:

The luer-lock tips twist-lock into position that ensures a leak-free connection and easy tip changes. The spin bag helps eliminate bubbles from the mold using centrifugal force. You’ll end up with HD patterns that once cured are ready to be placed on a tree or used as a master model.
